Description:
A leading multi-billion dollar Southwestern, Ohio client has partnered with Russ Hadick and Associates, Inc. to help them find qualified candidates for their Component Engineer position.
Requirements:
Must have experience with failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA), up-screening of electronic components. Candidates should have experience with materials and processes used in fabricating electronic components, engineering documentation, schematics, specifications, and parts lists; should be familiar with resistors, capacitors, wire, other electronic parts, etc… Looking for 1-2 years experience but prefer 5+ years; and a BSEE or Materials Sciences degree; U.S. citizenship is required. Qualified candidates must possess good communication skills involving supplier/customer interaction; and good writing skills. Experience with Mentor Graphics PADs & DXDesigner is highly desired. A background in space systems and/or aerospace is considered a plus.
