Russ Hadick and Associates, Inc, a premier executive search and recruiting firm, has partnered with a Central, Ohio client who is a fast growing company and a leader in the market place. We are searching for qualified candidates for our client's Quality Manager Position.
Requirements:
Candidates must have Automotive and Plastic Injection Molding background. Qualified candidates must be very strong in Quality and in Lean Manufacturing, and have proven accomplishments in process control. We are not looking for someone with only inspection control as focus on process control and the ability work well with other groups and customers is a must. A 4 year degree is preferred, but if have 2 year or no degree, you must be perfect in every way. Proven experience in proactively finding potential quality problems, again, more process then inspection is required. Management experience is also a must.
