Description:
Russ Hadick and Associates, Inc, a premier executive search and recruiting firm, has partnered with a leading Southwestern, Ohio client to help them find and qualify candidates for their Senior Systems Engineer position.
Requirements:
Experience in systems engineering (Systems Integration, COTS integration, system architecture design and requirements process), and proposal writing from a DOD or government contract background. Looking for 3+ years of relevant experience, 5 + years is preferred with a BS degree in engineering, physics, math or relevant area. An electro-optical systems background is a major plus. Also looking for candidates with an understanding of the DOD acquisition and procurement process a plus; and the understanding of CMMi is a plus. Candidates must also be able to work within tight deadlines and multi-task various projects in an organized manner. Qualified candidates must have excellent project management, communication and problem solving skills. Must be a U.S. citizen and already possess or able to obtain security clearance. A background in products involving electro-optics, radars, lasers, etc is considered a plus.
