Description:
A very profitable and growing Southwestern, Ohio client with plenty of growth opportunities has partnered with Russ Hadick and Associates, Inc. to help them find and qualify candidates for their Mechanical/Senior Mechanical Engineer positions.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have a BSME or BSMET degree with 5+ years of relevant experience. Experience with electronics or sensor packaging applications (engineered plastics, sealing situations, water proof, corrosion proof, etc...) is a must. Product development experience with 3D CAD capabilities (Pro E and/or Solidworks preferred) is a must. Candidates should be familiar with, tooling, plastic molding, adhesives, sealing, and assembly processes; with a background in design for manufacturability. Knowledge of Quality Systems, ISO-9000, QS-9000 is desirable. Other desired skills: strong communication skills, experience in project team concept, able to multi-task, strong organization skills and computer skills (e.g. word, excel, power point, etc….). Experience or background in the switch or sensor business, environmental products, or process & measurement industry is considered a plus.
