Description:
A leading Southwestern, Ohio client has partnered with Russ Hadick and Associates, Inc. to help them find qualified candidates for their Lead Systems Engineer position. Candidates with lead/senior level experience are preferred. However mid level candidates may be considered.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have a BSEE or equivalent, along with 8-10 years of engineering experience at various levels of responsibility including embedded systems design and integration. Candidates must have knowledge of electro-hydraulic and electro-mechanical system applications using software-based controls. A working experience with electronic and software control systems as well as hydraulic systems and components, and knowledge/experience to understand a vehicle's operating, tuning, and performance needs are a must. Successful candidates must also be able to read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics and software state diagrams. Candidates must be able to create documentation, analysis, and presentation materials using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project and must be able to effectively coach team members and conduct staff performance evaluations. Candidates will conduct design reviews to evaluate acceptability of engineering solutions.
