Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a growing Southwest, OH Company to find and qualify candidates for their Manufacturing Project Engineer position. This person will lead integration of new products and technology to manufacturing and serve as liaison between manufacturing and R&D. He/she will be responsible for researching, selecting, designing, and implementing new equipment to modernize the factory. This person will also make recommendations and execute manufacturing capital budget to achieve improvements in manufacturing efficiency and productivity. 6 months contract position.
Requirements:
Only candidates from a diversified Manufacturing background, including tooling & fixture design and process development of multiple products will be considered. Candidates must have AutoCAD and a 4 year engineering degree. Successful candidates will either have mechanical experience or aptitude. He/she must have worked with capital budget planning, managed pilot production runs, worked with process charts, and developed product effectively in cooperation with floor operators.
An electronics industry background is desirable. A BSME is preferred.
