Description:
Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Midwestern company to find and qualify candidates for their Product Manager role. This person will develop and monitor sales and marketing plans for specific market segments assigned. The Product Manager will recommend new products for resale and manufactured product development as well as managing existing products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor`s degree in Engineering is a MUST - 3+ years experience in field sales or product marketing in a technical market - Experience with HVAC products including test instrumentation - Ability to work with several business units cohesively including Engineering, Purchasing and Sales - Leadership experience and the ability to effectively mentor junior employees
