The incumbent will apply established reliability and project engineering practices toward the management of plant equipment and continuous improvement in assigned areas. S/he will optimize yield, throughput, cost, cycle and labor efficiency, ensure the efficient and successful implementation of new processes or equipment, protect financial assets through effective budget management, and positively represent the department and company.
-BS in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, other engineering degrees may apply also
- Leadership or management experience you will oversee 2 people on your team
-5+ years capital project management and maintenance engineering experience
-Demonstrated ability to lead change This client has an excellent Reliability program now but they want someone that can come in and take to the next level, drill in computer maintenance management, asset life cycle, reduce cost, save money.
-CMMS and AutoCAD experience (preferred)
