Red Wing Shoe Company has an opening for a Retail Support Technician. We seek an individual with computer repair, remote user phone support, and customer service skills. This person will communicate and work with people of all levels of technical ability to resolve end-user hardware and software problems via phone and remote administration. This position will provide support for a proprietary Point Of Sale application in retail stores. Teamwork, communication and organizational skills are a must.
