Red Wing Shoe Company is looking for a Temporary General Accountant for a 6 month assignment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide product cost information to create accurate standard costs to support the bill of materials of Work Wear and other purchased products.
Manage costing information and provide accurate and timely cost management reporting, analysis and inventory valuations.
Ensure inventory and cost of goods transactions are properly recorded and are accurate.
Support SC operations with annual budget activities and analysis of PPV and monthly financial results.
Requirements EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE;
BS/BA degree in Accounting with courses in cost accounting and 0-3 years of experience.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Office environment, most time spent on computer at work station.
