Requirements
SAIC's Space and Geospatial Intelligence Business Unit currently has an opening in Columbia, MD for a Systems Administrator
Candidates MUST currently possess an active TS/SCI With Lifestyle Polygraph security clearance.
Education and Experience Required:
•A minimum of 5 years general experience as a Trainer or Customer Support
•Planning, developing, coordinating in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers
•Preparing training materials
•Developing course content
•Developing training aids
•Updating lesson plans to meet new training requirements.
•Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
•Must be an advanced user of Microsoft Windows operating system
•Must be able to learn new programs quickly
This person will also be responsible for customer support via phone and email. They will be responsible for working with other team members to make sure all user problems get resolved in a timely manner. This person will use a wide range of repair tools to ensure that corrupted or damaged data gets fixed and returned to the customer. Responsibilities with this function will include error tracking, report and capturing of problematic data. This candidate will also be responsible for creating, deleting, resetting, and maintaining user accounts and file repositories in a Windows domain.
