Job Description:
1. Take New Patients History
Vitals
Heath Information
Accident Information
Questions and Concerns
Record Doctor’s Findings
Take X-Rays if Necessary
Make sure Patient is scheduled for a consultation
2. Patients Re-evaluation
Vitals
Questions about Progress
Record Doctor’s Findings
Take Comparative X-rays or any other x-rays if needed
If x-rays are taken, make sure Patient is scheduled for consultation.
3. Record any problems or pain and put patients on Adjusting Table
4. Do Patient Therapies
Ultrasound
IFC
Traction
Diathermy
Decompression
5. Do Inventory
Cleaning Supplies
Vitamins
X-ray Supplies
Patient Care Supplies
6. Take, Develop and Mark X-rays
7. Check Therapy Machines for things that need replaced or fixed
8. Make sure Doctor is ready for Consultation
Put X-rays on Viewbox
Make Sure Patient has a diagnosis
9. Make Sure Patients are getting therapies after adjustment or viceversa
10. Make sure the Patients are getting everything from the therapy and are comfortable with it.
11. Make sure the rooms are ready for the next patient
12. Ending shift clean up duties
