Description: Two years experience in retail customer contact. Appropriate licenses or certification for areas of responsibility. Basic understanding of agency software programs and financial services terminology. Ability to operate standard office equipment. Strong people skills for providing exceptional customer service.
Develop and implement a proactive and effective sales and cross-selling production plan. Develop and enhance customer financial relationships through a proactive financial check-up and CRM (top-tier) program focused on both prospective and existing customers. Prepare all production and coaching reports for management, attend all mandatory and educational seminars. Participate in joint sales calls and sales meetings with personnel from other departments.
