Job Description:
Non-aerospace defense contractor in Wichita, Kansas, has an immediate opening for an experienced Director of Materials to manage purchasing and warehousing activities. This position reports to the President and is a senior level position. The Director of Materials will direct the procurement of raw materials and supplies per engineering drawings and specifications, manage the buying staff and warehouse employees and oversee physical inventory and cycle counting. Degree, a minimum of five years of applicable experience is required; CPM or CPIM certification is preferred. Impressive salary/benefits.
