Continuous Improvement Team Leader

Job Description:
Major automotive components manufacturer in Nashville, TN, has an immediate opening for an experienced Continuous Improvement Team Leader. This position leads the lean conversion for the facility, ensuring standardization of all changes. Accountabilities include developing design concepts, approve documentation of the design, perform design analysis, analyze test results, develop and support cost reduction concepts and activities and support problem analysis, corrective actions and customer requests. The successful candidate will have a 4-year engineering or technical degree (Industrial Engineering preferred) as well as a background in lean manufacturing concepts. Experience with Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Work Combination Tables, Line Balancing and Process Flow also required.
Salary range based on depth of experience; $65 to $85K plus relocation assistance and an impressive benefits package.
