Description:
Very successful aerospace subcontractor in Wichita, Kansas, has an immediate opening for an experienced Program Manager. The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing all start-up aspects required to implement new production programs. The Program Manager is the key liaison between Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Production and the customer.
The successful candidate will have a 4-year degree in an Engineering or Technical field and demonstrated program management and project engineering experience. Experience with composites manufacturing is also a critical requirement. Experience with Six Sigma, Kaizen and/or Lean techniques is strongly preferred.
