Extremely successful and growing manufacturing company in Wichita, Kansas has an immediate opening for a Director of Operations. This position is responsible for the management of production control, engineering, purchaseing, project management and the implementation of Lean Manufacturing. The successful candidate will have strong Industrial Manufacturing and/or Agricultural experience.
A Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent and at least 10 years of experience, 5 years in management and experience with Solidworks, ERP systems and Made2Manage software. Other requirements include leadership and project management experience, excellent communication skills and demonstrated expertise in mechanical engineering design.
