Job Description:
Provides nursing care to assigned patients of all ages in a designated area under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Assists physicians with exams, procedures and processes related to patient care. Documents in a manner which is complete, accurate and legible on all designated areas of the medical record.
Communicates verbally and nonverbally in a concise, effective and appropriated manner to all hospital personnel, physicians, patients and family/significant others. Attends all inservices, educational programs, workshops and unit meetings. Must be a team player. LPN w/current AR license. Flexibility in scheduling required.
