FOOD AND BEVERAGE DIRECTOR

Description:
Seeking an energetic, highly motivated individual to manage all aspects of Food and Beverage division in accordance with hotel standards. Our Director of Food & Beverage is the key leadership member of the Hotel’s Food and Beverage team. Candidates should be passionate about their team and guest service. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to take the guest service experience to a new level. Our Director of Food & Beverage is a Leadership Committee member of the Hotel’s operations team.
Requirements:
Position will be responsible for supervising/managing/overseeing the following departments: Two full-service restaurants, three kitchens, two bars, Banquets Coffee Gift Shop and Purchasing.
Must have experience at properties of similar size and quality.
A person who enjoys properties that place as much emphasis on F&B as on Rooms.
Requires a minimum of 4 year(s) of experience in this position.
Position will be required at times to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and week-ends.
Position will take an active role in the community.
Ideal candidate will reside within a fifty mile radius of the hotel.
