RESTAURANT MANAGER
Job Location: Red Wing, MN
Description:
Provides leadership and direction to department staff ensuring exceptional guest service is achieved thorough communication, follow up, and consistent operating standards achieving the departments operational, business and human resources goals.
Qualifications:
Two to four years’ supervisory experience and/or training in food and Beverage at a property of similar size.
Responsible for high quality guest service and 100% satisfaction.
Competent in all restaurant jobs e.g. server, hostess, and bartender.
Assist Food and Beverage Director with operational needs, concerns, and responsibilities.
Proficiency in programming, troubleshooting and using a POS systems helpful
