Position Description and Requirements:
Along with general HR duties and oversight, other priorities include: increasing employee engagement through development and implementation of action plans; assessing and developing talent at all levels of the organization; diagnosing and improving organizational effectiveness and workforce alignment; developing comprehensive employee relations strategies and HR policies, procedures and practices which support those strategies; implementing and communicating key HR/business initiatives and programs; and leading a culture which emphasizes safety, communication, cooperation, relationship building, teamwork and productivity through the full engagement of all employees and administering Snorkel's environmental compliance efforts. This person will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and supervises a staff of three.
Credentials Sought:
Bachelor's degree; 10+ years with exposure and depth in all subspecialities within human resources function; strong supervisory experience; and developing and implementing innovative performance/compensation management programs. PHR or SPHR certification desired.
