Description:
The Sales Assistant will provide administrative support for four Sales Managers and a Director of Sales. Responsibilities include contracts, turnovers, taking inquires, and office management. Candidate will work closely with each Sales Manager and will interact daily with each department of the hotel at all levels.
Job Requirements:
Previous hotel experience preferred.
Extremely detail-oriented
Strong customer service and administrative experience needed.
Candidate must have the ability to handle pressure and multi-task in an extremely busy office.
Good communication skills
Working knowledge of Must of Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Galaxy and Delphi
