Job Description:
- Prepare federal, state and local income and franchise tax returns
- Work with consultants on state income tax returns
- Prepare monthly tax distribution estimate
- Pull data for property tax returns
- Process property tax accruals
- Tax depreciation on domestic and foreign entities
- Tax account reconciliation
- Assist in federal and state tax audits
- Other special projects
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required, CPA preferred
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; excellent analytical, technical and written skills
- 4+ years public accounting tax a plus
- Preferred oil and gas mid-stream energy industry experience
