IT Applications Developer / Analyst

• Develop and support SemGroup internet/intranet portals and Sharepoint applications
• Work closely with internal and external design and content teams
• Interact directly with business users to define and document their system and information requirements. Must be able to develop good working relationships with user communities.
• Perform business and technical analysis and design of business requirements and generate functional and technical design specifications
• Evaluate, recommend and deliver technology solutions to meet business objectives and requirements
• Perform project duties including alternatives analysis, project economics and justification
• Develop, integrate, implement and support internally developed and 3rd party applications for SemGroup and its various business entities
• Develop and maintain user and technical documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, computer science, or equivalent experience
• Two years or more of applications development and support experience
• Prior experience developing web applications using ASP.NET
• Database development experience using MS SQL Server or Oracle
• Prior experience performing Sharepoint development and support is highly desirable
• Experience with C#, ADO.NET, .NET Web Services, HTML, XML, and JavaScript is a plus
• Experience with SiteCore content management system is a plus
• Web design experience is a plus
• Full application delivery life cycle experience
• Ability to solve both business and technical related issues
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with personnel at all organization levels
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced, multi-project and multi-system environment
