Description:
Samsung Networks America, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced IVR Engineer. This position will be responsible for the design and development of the IVR structure for the Samsung Networks Call Center in Greenville SC.
Job Responsibilities include:
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, coding, testing and customized delivery of integrated web-services and self service voice applications
• This position will be responsible for indentifying, designing, implementing and testing the voice applications with external enterprise systems such as databases, CRM software, application middleware, etc.
• Perform technical tasks including data gathering, analysis, self-service and other web integrated contact center applications
• This position will be responsible for working with current Samsung Networks applications to fully develop and maintain the IVR structure.
Job Requirements include:
• 3 – 5 years of development experience in Voice, IVR and Speech recognition solutions
• 3 – 5 years of development experience using Java technologies (such as Tomcat, JSP, Servlets, etc.), including Javascript, XML and web services
• Strong working knowledge and experience with relational database technology: SQL, JDBC, ODBC and Oracle
• Strong working knowledge and experience in Voice IVR technology (such as Voice XML, Speech recognition)
• Demonstrated knowledge in working with Voice XML platforms such as AVAYA VP
• The successful candidate will have demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, changing work environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are a must. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is necessary.
