Description:
Samsung Networks America, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced PBX Engineer. This position will be responsible for all aspects of the AVAYA voice and data hardware/software for the Samsung Networks Call Center in Greenville SC.
Job Requirements include:
• 3+ years of relevant working experience with AVAYA Communication Manager in a Call Center environment.
• Extensive ACD experience including call flows, vectors, adjunct routing, system architecture, design principles and capacity planning
• Strong working knowledge and experience with VoIP protocols – H.323, H.248, SIP
• Experience with toll free carrier call delivery setup
• Strong working knowledge with CTI system including AVAYA AES TSAPI, AVAYA CMAPI/DMCC
• Strong working knowledge and experience with AVAYA CMS reporting management including system administration, report generation, database administration and real time interface to adjunct applications
This position requires an IT related degree and/or equivalent work experience, 3 – 5 years experience with AVAYA systems. The successful candidate will have demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, changing work environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are a must. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is necessary.
