Description
The is a first level manager's position in the Supply Chain Management organization at the Tulsa Facility. Production Coordinator Manager staffs, assigns tasks and checks finished products and services. Conducts or has influence upon the people, budget and business related processes for the work group. Responsible for the integration and coordination of all elements of the materials process within selected commercial programs ensuring quality, cost and schedule commitments are achieved. Administer overall program budgets and schedules and provide guidance to employees in development of flow-down budgets and schedules. Provide assistance to employees in resolving technical issues relating to materials methods and in identifying and improving materials processes. Assist employees in resolving conflicts ensuring resolution of unresolved issues. Ensure compliance to collective bargaining agreement and company policies and procedures. Properly administer formal disciplinary action when required. Provide employees needed resources, support training and development in order to meet established company goals. Interface with program management, functional management and the customer.
Position Requirements
Thorough knowledge in materials, manufacturing processes and techniques. Possess understanding of production process. Possess technical understanding of engineering drawings, process specs and manufacturing planning processes. Demonstrate ability to work in high production rate environment. Ability to organize, lead, motivate and manage professional and hourly personnel. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with all levels of management internally and externally.
