Help The Company be a leader in the Construction industry by acting as the Estimator - Construction who projects and controls construction costs; gathers information and requirements; prepares construction budget; evaluates offers to purchase; obtains bids from vendors and subcontractors; maintains cost keys and price masters; resolves cost discrepancies; prepares special reports.
Qualifications:
- Experience in operating a forklift and maintaining maintenance of a forklift.
- Maintains inventory and equipment to ensure smooth office operation.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
- Experience communicating regular status to clients, superiors, and peers.
- Trained in hands-on equipment maintenance.
- Creates realistic plans that support organizational goals. Effectively allocates resources and time.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient at in-bound, pick, pack, ship, and inventory control.
- Capable of light lifting (up to 30 pounds).
