Team Leader / Cardiovascular ICU
Job Location: Green Bay, WI
Shift:
80hrs / Variable Days / Wknds As needed
Duties:
Evaluate clinical coordination of care for CVICU patients in collaboration with staff, physicians and case management, and revise plan to provide optimal patient outcomes with utilization of appropriate resources. Function as the primary clinical resource to CVICU staff. Provide care to patients according to the standards of care specific to age and individual's needs.
Qualifications:
Current Wisconsin RN license, BSN required. Five years open heart critical care experience with current clinical competency. Current CPR and ACLS certification, CCRN is preferred.
