Job Location: Green Bay, WI
Shift:
PRN hrs per pp / Shift As scheduled / Wknds as scheduled
Duties:
Perform total patient care utilizing the nursing process in collaboration with physicians and other health care providers. Demonstrate professional nursing skills through effective leadership, nursing judgment, informed decision making, problem resolution, and appropriate utilization of resources. Provide care for patients according to the standards of care specific to age and the individual’s needs.
Qualifications:
Current Wisconsin R.N. licensure. Current CPR certification. Knowledge of the scope of nursing as designated by the WI Nurse Practice Act and other regulatory agencies. Pediatrics requires attending an Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) approved chemotherapy administration course within 1 year of joining department and thereafter maintain a current ONS chemo provider card. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) course within 1 year of joining department and thereafter maintain a current PALS provider card.
