Job Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin Shift:
Hours per pay period (2 weeks): 80 / Shift: Days / Weekends: As Needed
Duties: The Cardiovascular Service Line Administrator will be responsible for the planning and execution of a regional cardiovascular services vision consistent with HSHS and both hospitals’ goals. The service line administrator will lead the transformation of a regional cardiovascular service in Northeastern Wisconsin. Collaborate with leaders at all levels of the organizations to deliver regional cardiovascular services.
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Health Care, Business, or related field. Masters degree is preferred. Five years of leadership experience in hospital management required. Cardiovascular Service Line leadership experience preferred. Experience with strategic and business planning, tools, and processes. Experience in working through organizational change. Must possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication and organizational skills.
