Electrical Engineer (AV-3-25-10)

Salary Range:
$50,000 -$95,000
Description:
The preferred candidate shall have 6 to 10 years (6 years minimum) of relevant EW design, and development experience. Candidate must have computational modeling capability to predict antenna performance characteristics. Knowledge of antenna range testing and the ability to interpret test data anomalies and implement design solutions will be particularly valuable. Experience with EW RCS, broadband, passive and interferometers, Amplitude monopulse direction finding, interferometry direction finding, low frequency antenna integration with aircraft and understanding of EW receiver / jamming system electromagnetic compatibility is preferred. The candidate will be expected to provide technical leadership for a team of advanced antenna engineers supporting EW development.
The candidate will be required to train highly motivated, very capable, but less experienced design engineers. The candidate will need to interface with systems engineering and be able to manage requirements. BS in a relevant engineering or physics degree required, MS or PhD preferred. Some relocation assistance may be available. Security clearance required.
