Job Location: Baltimore, MD
Salary Range:
$60,000 -$105,000
Description:
Project lead responsible for program execution for Receiver Exciter based products associated with radar and SIGINT systems. Prospective applicant will be responsible for leading a multi-disciplined team including manufacturing, electrical and mechanical design. Individual must be able to interface with internal and external customers. Tasks may also include project planning, managing cost & schedule performance, risk assessment, managing risk mitigation, presenting to senior management, and team leadership.
The applicant should have a minimum of 5 years of project leadership, BSEE, technical knowledge of Receivers and Exciters, ability to lead teams, good communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
