Job Location: Baltimore, MD
Salary Range:
$80,000 -$120,000
Description:
This position will provide leadership to a multi-disciplinary technical team in the development of RF systems and sub-systems including radar and EW systems. Responsibilities will include strategy development, cost and schedule management, proposal preparation, program staffing, and hardware architecture development. The candidate will interface with program management and engineering team on all matters regarding technical performance. The candidate will participate in the design authority process. May also serve as functional manager.
Basic Qualifications:
The candidate for this position must possess a Bachelor of Science degree in a technical area with 10-15 years related experience. A Secret clearance is required. The candidate must have effective oral and written communications skills.
