Associate Data Management Specialist (AV-3-17-2)
Job Location: New Jersey
Salary range:
$65,000 to $100,000

Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning project Data Management activities and processing CDRLs, SDRLs, and technical documentation as may be required by prime and subcontracts for development of equipments or systems in accordance with customer, company, contract, and regulatory requirements throughout the project/ product lifecycle. Conduct Configuration Control Boards (CCB) including preparation of agenda, minutes, and track action items through closure. Prepare Status Accounting reports, manage baselines. Present DM status at internal and customer reviews. Monitor compliance to contract requirements and internal Engineering procedures.
Minimum Experience/Educational Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in CM or DM. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, good written and verbal communication skills.
- CCB experience and familiarity with Change Control methodologies and practices.
- Must be able to attain a government security clearance.
Desirable Experience/Education Qualifications/Comments:
1. Familiarity with on-line document management processes and workflows using Metaphase/ TeamCenter.
2. Expertise with and knowledge of DoD data management requirements.
3. Experience with Navy, NSA, Army, NASA, Air Force, or Homeland Security customers.
Active Security clearance preferred.
