Director, Program Manager-Key Management Programs (AV-3-20-2)
Job Location: New Jersey
Salary Range:
$120,000 - $140,000
Responsibilities:
Responsible for directing, monitoring, resourcing and staffing key management programs and products. Responsible for the strategies to grow the key management business segment and product roadmap implementations. Responsible for the financial, applicable technology and schedule performance of the assigned programs. Responsible for mentoring and guiding the careers of the program managers supporting the key management business. Responsible cultivating and maintaining key management business customer relationships. Responsible for supporting the IA Business Area and L-3 CSE business objectives. May be responsible for specific capture and/or program management activities of a specific program.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline: Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related degree.
- Significant experience and knowledge of Electronic Key Management System
- (EKMS).
- Experience in Information Assurance development and full life cycle of software development. Well versed in CMM and software development methods and problems.
- Ability to write proposals and ECPs. Experience in the pursuit and capture process of DoD programs.
- Minimum of 15 years in a leadership role on a design team, including a minimum of 8 years as a Program Manager for a DoD system or product development. Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, monitoring and control and use of project management tools.
- Experienced with Earned Value Reporting.
- Secret clearance is MANDATORY for consideration (Top Secret/SCI is a plus)
