Requirements:
Experience managing over 50 engineers in design, product development and manufacturing...preferably an electro-mechanical products such as instrumentation or control systems. Successful track record of leading project teams in bringing new products to market as well as having developed and executed plans for the design of electrical, electronic, mechanical or software systems or sub-systems - related to wireless technology (incorporating RF communication where products communicate with other equipment via Ethernet, RS-232 protocol, and low voltage relays).
Job Duties:
Will manage 80 - 120 engineers in design build teams. Provide technical support to project Design Build Teams and /or a department and / or a division. They will be designing electrical/electronic or mechanical or software/firmware systems, sub-systems or components or modules. Provide technical guidance and direction. Develop and execute plans for the design of electrical, electronic, mechanical or software systems or sub-systems. Work effectively with division management and senior management including Sales, marketing, production and executive management. Meet program cost, schedule and performance requirements. Assist senior management in determining the technical direction of the department and/or division.
