Mechanical Design Engineer – Electronic Packaging
Job Location: New Jersey
Salary range:
74K to 105K
Responsibilities:
Conducts or participates in the research, design, development, tesing, and product support of electronic packaging for communications equipment of a variety of descriptions ranging from microelectronic assemblies through "black boxes" to cabinet and system of systems level packaging. Analyzes structural and thermal aspects to ensure that communications equipments subjected to a variety of harsh environments (field tactical, shipboard, airborne, space, as well as commercial) perform within limits. Creates producible designs working in a team environment to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives. Works with a minimum of supervision. Typically considered a senior level engineer.
Requirements:
BSME, minimum of 8 years professional experience. U.S. Citizenship is required. Active Security clearance is required.
