Power Analog Design Engineer
Job Location: Tucson, AZ
Salary range:
85K to 125K
Job Description:
Experienced analog IC designer with both CMOS and bipolar or SiGE design experience. Minimum of seven years industry experience in a design engineering role, and should be familiar with the design of the following types of circuits: opamps, pulse-width-modulators, bandgaps, amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers, cml, ttl, ecl and cmos logic design, oscillators, pulse and timing circuits, ADCs, DACs and be aware of logic design techniques (combinatorial, synchronous and asynchronous designs). Should be familiar with simulation tools such as Spice, layout tools such as Cadence or Tanner or Silvaco and different fabrication processes and their geometries.
