Job Location: Suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Salary:
Salary Range: $48,000 to $60,000 plus bonus

Job Summary:

REQUIRE:
- Bachelor's degree with proven high academics (3.0 GPA)
- 5-15 yrs work experience in sourcing/purchasing/buying
- Must have low cost country sourcing (Far East, etc.)
- Plastic, injection molded parts
Duties:
- Low cost global sourcing for new product launch to find key suppliers within commodity
- Develop and implement commodity and supplier strategies through supplier qualification and disqualification
- Manage supplier relationships
- Interface with new product development teams, commodity engineers and supplier base to lead supplier selection process and support.
- Collaborate with Quality dept. on supplier quality programs, monitoring, plus problem solving.
- Manage pricing, negotiations from suppliers
- Lead cost reduction/containment
- Supply plan security
- Assess and report performance feedback to respective parties
- Manage supplier negotiations/contracts within commodities assigned.
