Retail Leasing Associate - Carmel, Indiana Description Primary responsibilities will be working with the Director of Retail Sales & Leasing in growing the brokerage activities of the company by identifying and securing new 3rd party Landlord listings and Tenant representation accounts. The Retail Leasing Associate will also have an active role in day-to-day leasing of a defined portfolio of company owned retail projects. The successful candidate will be located in the Indy metro area and pursue opportunities in target markets designated by the company or specific clients. Qualifications - Bachelor`s Degree or relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years of retail leasing experience
- Proven track record of closing deals; Retail site selection and acquisition experience
- Understanding of and/or experience in the successful development of retail real estate projects
- Understanding of and/or experience in the financial underwriting of retail projects
- Strong communication skills
