Primary responsibilities will be the leasing of company owned projects, 3^rd party listings, and assisting in the management of existing tenant representation accounts. The Retail Leasing Associate will also have an active role in helping to grow the leasing portfolio of the company by working with the development team on new company owned projects, securing new 3^rd party listings and tenant representation accounts. The successful candidate will be located in the Indy metro area and pursue opportunities in target markets designated by the company or specific clients.

• Bachelor`s Degree or relevant experience
• Minimum 2 years of retail leasing experience
• Strong communication skills
