Brief Description:
Cooks and prepares a variety of menu items; determines product requirements, insures correct portion standards and determines rotating and sequential use of all food supplies; orders and maintains inventory of menu items as assigned; utilizes, maintains and cleans a variety of cooking equipment; makes change on the Cafeteria line when assigned.
Requirements:
Requires 2 years cooking experience, preferably in a hospital or similar institutional setting; may require occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of equipment and supplies.
Compensation/Benefits:
