Brief Description:
Under general supervision, receives and handles incoming calls to the HealthLine Call Center including physician referral, the ADVANTAGE Program, general health education and other hospital programs and events being promoted to the public.
Requirements:
High school graduate with three to five years of office experience required. Computer knowledgeable, with Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of medical terminology. Good communication skills and ability to work closely with others in a team building enviroment.
Compensation/Benefits:
Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
