Job Description:
We have an immediate need for a High Power (50W) RF MOSFET Design Engineer. This position requires the following experience:
MOSFET packaging experience
Die level evaluation, characterization, testing
MOSFET manufacturing process knowledge
Silicon die process knowledge
Evaluation of MOSFET performance in high power PA design.
In this position you will interface with electrical and mechanical engineers in implementing new MOSFET designs, packages and performance.
Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible for the design and analysis of systems, products, and subsystems to specification, cost, budget, schedule, and quality goals.
Responsible to diagnose issues of diverse scope with design, field performance, reliability and test yields of products and recommend/implement corrective actions to address
Follows key engineering procedures including the Product Development Process and ECO process
Skills:
Proven professional skills as an experienced engineer with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies/procedures
Able to take lead role in development programs
Ability to solve complex technical problems independently
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Ability to lead team members
Experience with influencing and negotiating in complex situations
Education:
BSEE required, MSEE preferred

8 - 15 years
