Job Description:
-Call upon all Electronic Capital Manufacturing Industries Including but not limited to:
---Life Sciences
----Semi-Conductor-Printable Electronics
----- SEMI-CONDUCTOR--OEM---FAB
----FLAT PANEL DISPLAY

WOULD LOVE TO HAVE SOMEONE THAT SOLD FOR:

APPLIED MATERIALS

INKJET MACHINES- SOLD TO SEMICONDUCTOR

WIREBOND MACHINES

-Identify, Contact, Create need, Present Close New Sales of Products.

-Account Manage all new/existing Clients to optimize repeat sales opportunities.

-This individual is part of the Americas SALES organization, responsible for selling Electronic Capital machines in the USA region to Electronic OEMs and FABS. The region covers the United States.. Analyzes business situations, develops USA business plan, and sets up action plans to drive existing and new SALES. Office location is in ABQ. The position requires approximately 50 or more travel to cover the region. This position reports directly to the Director of SALES for Americas.

SALES MANAGEMENT:

Develop regional business plans with SALES Director. Develop and implement strategies for penetrating new accounts, sustaining existing business and driving new programs in existing accounts. Interfaces directly with product marketing and engineering team.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:

Create and maintain up-to-date customer profiles in online database. Create/manage monthly customer forecast tied to quarterly/annual SALES revenue. Prepares weekly SALES reports and routine feedback to factory on customer issues and competition.

-At this time, they are seeking a very independent and self motivated individual who can help them continue to grow SALES in the USA area. This is a pure new business development role which involves initiating and developing business with Fortune 500 accounts.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

-A minimum of 5 years of Direct Sales Experience in ELECTRONIC Capital Manufacturing.
-Experience in negotiating Contracts closing the Sale on a Regional Level.
-A proven track record of Sales success.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong Computer skills.

Experience preferred:

A start-up manufacturing company.
A strategic business sales engineer that has sales vision.
A person that has the ability and confidence that can take a risk and sees the backend potential of a start-up company
Must enjoy working with customers, sales, and marketing to develop pragmatic solutions.

WILL BE A REGIONAL POSITION- EAST COAST----WEST -- OPEN-- 3 POSITIONS
CAN BASE OUT OF HOME- BE NEAR A AIRPORT.

THIS IS HAS A BASE WITH NO LIMITS TO COMMISSION-

Experience:
4-20 years of experience

Helpful Skills:
Electronic Manufacturing; Screenprinting (Thick Film); Semiconductors

Compensation/Benefits:
Salary: 120000 - 160000
