CLIENT BUSINESS: Leading provider of Workforce Productivity Solutions
POSITION: Account Executive, Mid-Market
LOCATION: West Coast - Southern CA

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This is an exciting opportunity for an intelligent, motivated and professional salesperson to join a profitable and growing firm, specialized in the expanding Workforce Productivity solutions, including eLearning/LMS and Human Capital Performance Management areas. Company is seeking to add an Account Executive to grow their install base in the Southeast US. Clients products are being sold cross-industry and all corporate sized accounts. This company is the privately held and is the only profitable company in their area of concentration. Great potential to be part of a highly competitive firm, with tremendous opportunity.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
o Must have experience with selling enterprise software solutions, with Human Capital Management (HCM) expertise (performance management, succession planning, 360 feedback,personal/professional development, etc.) or eLearning
o Prefer a hunter mentality (motivated aggressive), as opposed to a farmer.
o Experience calling in the Mid-Market would be ideal.
o Sales maturity. Experience selling to CIO and HR Executive.
o Comfortable responding to RFPs, with the goal to assist clients in the development and positioning RFPs to be aligned with corporate offerings.
o Knowledgeable in preparation of business case and ROI analysis.
o Must be accountable for their actions, with focus on accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
o Should view territory as a franchise and have the ability to leverage corporate resources effectively (pre-sales engineers for demonstrations and presentations).
o Comfortable working in home office environment.
o Willingness to travel up to 1 2 days per week.

Company is a leader in the development, implementation and integration of Internet-based Workforce Productivity, eLearning/LMS and content development solutions for extended enterprises and learning providers. Companys solutions are in service at over 150 companies in the US and abroad, serving the learning management needs of wide cross-section of industries. The company is located in Arlington, VA, near Washington, DC.

COMPENSATION: Base of $80,000 - $90,000, with on-target earnings of $170,000. Uncapped sales plan. Stock options will be granted.
