Job Description:
Were currently seeking a .NET Web Developer who is looking to help build web-based applications from the ground up and participate in the architectural vision of the end product. This is an exceptional career opportunity with one of our most visionary and quickly-growing clients!
This position will offer you the opportunity to work in a wide array of technologies simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be able to think with the big picture in mind and provide a consistent architectural vision for a growing global company through out the duration of a project.
Your responsibilities will include designing solutions that meet business requirements developing and documenting standards researching and evaluating new and emerging technologies consulting with business units to provide technical guidance, planning and application development services, along with implementation support and ongoing Tier 3 level support and participating in the development of strategic technical plans.
Key Requirements
Bachelors Degree in related field
5 + years experience with development technologies such as: VB.net, ASP.net, HTML, JavaScript, UI Design, XML, SQL 2005, and SharePoint Portal Server
Experienced with application architecture design, object oriented methodologies, change management, problem management and project management disciplines
In depth knowledge of application architecture issues, industry standards, best practices and terminology
Specific knowledge should include, but not be limited to: Microsoft technologies, directory services, IT security policies and application integration solutions
Must possess the ability to effectively develop both tactical and strategic solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
