Job Description:
Position is responsible for the management and leadership of the Operations Finance Department. Will oversee the planning, execution and performance of Operations financial processes.
Job Duties:
Successful team execution and staff development
Development alignment of consistent financial processes and schedules
Development of financial plans, forecasts and reporting of results for manufacturing costs, standard costs, output, inventory, operating budgets, staffing and capital
Provide support to business unit leadership
Preparation and communication of quarterly product costs
Development and communication of forward pricing rates for product costs
Consolidation and reporting of monthly scorecard metrics
Promote and maintain an environment compliant with company controls and accepted accounting standards
Required:
Minimum of 8 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
Leadership position no less than 2 years
