Job Description:
Our client is a global provider of automation products. They are currently seeking a Sales Engineer for their Cincinnati office.
Responsible for selling automation products and services to assigned customers. Act as liaison between company and customer in all sales-oriented activities. Apply knowledge of products, competition, customer needs, sales objectives and sales skills to sell company products/services. Includes teaming with distributors.
Assignment is a diverse mix of high profile users and OEMs, across varied industries.
Duties include:
1. Meet or exceed fiscal sales quota.
2. Drive company Growth Initiatives.
3. Develop business relationships with key decision makers.
4. Embrace companys disciplined sales process.
5. Coordinate internal and external resources to accomplish sales objectives.
6. Represent company to our customers and distributors with the highest level of integrity.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor degree in engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience is required. Additional business related degree and/or experience is a plus. At least 3 years of experience with automation products is also required.
